H.O.P.E.’s administration team does everything from administering HIV testing in Tulsa to counseling individuals combating STDs. Meet the team who is responsible for running the Tulsa clinic, maintaining HIV awareness and leading outreach programs.
KATHY L. WILLIAMS, PH.D.
Kathy began working at H.O.P.E. in 2002 as a volunteer and advisory board member, now she is the Executive Director and responsible for resource development for H.O.P.E.
DR HEATHER BELL, DO
Dr Bell began working at H.O.P.E. as a volunteer on the board of directors until taking over the Medical Director position. She is responsible for leadership and oversight at the H.O.P.E clinic.
Samantha is certified in HIV Counseling, Testing and Referral (CTR). She has provided HIV prevention services in Tulsa since 2008. She conducts education courses, and outreach services with specific attention to high-risk women and young adults.
Jeremy has provided HIV prevention services for over 23 years, and has been with H.O.P.E. since its inception in 1998. He provides training and conducts a variety of prevention and testing services in the clinic and in outreach settings.
Cloud has worked in the field of social services, specifically HIV/AIDS, for more than 10 years. He is H.O.P.E.’s program director and oversees all outreach programs. He also provides outreach HIV Counseling, Testing and Referral (CTR) services focusing on rural areas and Internet outreach. Cloud has worked with H.O.P.E. since 2011.
Glen has provided STD prevention services and HIV testing in Tulsa for over a decade and is certified in HIV Counseling, Testing and Referral (CTR). As an outreach specialist, Glen educates the community about STDs through HIV and STD prevention courses. He has worked at H.O.P.E. since 2007. Glen is the co-founder of the HEART Coalition, which provides HIV Education and Resource Training with and for Native American Tribes and organizations throughout northeastern Oklahoma.
Roland is new to the H.O.P.E. staff and is currently training to become a certified HIV/STI counselor. He has a long standing history of implementing peer based mentoring and education programs. Roland has a strong medical background, particularly laboratory services, and looks forward to educating and providing testing services to underserved populations across Northeastern Oklahoma.
